Registration

2ICCHUI offers a variety of registration options for the Conference. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will sell out quickly. In order to reserve your place, the registration fee must be PAID IN FULL. Any registration payment not received by the end of the conference will incur a $100 surcharge.

Options Include

Regular Registration $350
For full-time attendees. Registration includes reception, breakfasts, lunches and Conference Banquet and one CD-Rom of Conference Proceedings. Registration must be received by September 4, 2009.
Student/Post Doc Registration $250
For student/Post Doc attendees. Registration includes reception, breakfasts, lunches and Conference Banquet and one CD-Rom of Conference Proceedings. Registration must be received by September 4, 2009.
Late Registration $450
If your payment is received after the September 4, 2009 deadline (note: this applies to full-time registrations only).
On-site Registration $500
Rotation Fee $50
Any group sharing registrations must pay a rotation fee per shared registration.
Additional Sets of Proceedings $100
Note: CDs will be available to non-conference attendees after Conference at a higher price

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Registration refund requests due to cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by September 11, 2009. A $10 processing fee will be charged. Cancellation refunds will not be processed after the September 11, 2009 deadline. (We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for registrants whose attendance was prohibited by a personal emergency.) Refunds will be paid by check or credit card chargebacks.
